The organization RUE “Repair and Mechanical Plant “Universal” pays special attention to the protection of personal data when processing it in our organization and respects the observance of the rights of personal data subjects.
The approval of the Regulation on the policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is one of the measures taken by the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Repair and Mechanical Plant “Universal” in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated May 7, 2021 No. 99-Z “On the Protection of Personal Data” (hereinafter referred to as the Law on the Protection of Personal Data).
The Policy explains to personal data subjects how and for what purposes their personal data is collected, used, or otherwise processed, and also reflects the rights available to personal data subjects and the mechanism for their implementation.
This Policy does not apply to the processing of personal data in the course of employment and in the implementation of administrative procedures in relation to applicants, employees and former employees of the organization.
Personal data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Subject of personal data — an individual in relation to whom personal data is processed.
Operator — a legal entity or other organization that, independently or jointly with other persons, organizes and (or) carries out the processing of personal data.
Processing of personal data — any action or set of actions performed with personal data, including collection, systematization, storage, modification, use, depersonalization, blocking, provision, and deletion of personal data.
Publicly available personal data — personal data disseminated by the subject of personal data himself or with his consent or in accordance with the requirements of the law.
Blocking personal data — termination of access to personal data without deletion.
Depersonalization of personal data — actions that make it impossible to determine the ownership of personal data by a specific subject of personal data without the use of additional information.
Provision of personal data — actions aimed at familiarizing oneself with the personal data of a certain person or group of persons.
Dissemination of personal data — actions aimed at familiarizing an indefinite number of persons with personal data.
Deletion of personal data — actions that make it impossible to restore personal data in information systems and/or that result in the destruction of tangible media containing personal data.
Cross-border transfer of personal data — transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state.
Authorized person — a legal entity, other organization, or individual who, under an agreement with the operator, processes personal data on its behalf or in its interests.
Consent of the personal data subject — a free, unambiguous and informed expression of the will of the subject, by which he/she consents to the processing of his/her personal data.
Special personal data – data relating to racial or national origin, political opinions, trade union membership, religious beliefs, health or sexual life, as well as biometric and genetic data.

The processing of personal data is carried out solely for the achievement of legitimate, specific and pre-defined purposes, including:
— receiving and processing requests, applications, and feedback sent through forms on the website;
— publication of reviews after moderation;
— ensuring the correct operation of the website, analytics and improving the user experience;
— fulfillment of duties stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
The basis for processing is the voluntary, unambiguous and informed consent of the user, expressed by filling out a form or using the website after displaying a consent notice.
Processing may be carried out without the consent of the personal data subject in cases provided for by Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-Z.
The operator may process the following data of website users:
– Name;
— telephone number;
— IP address, device and browser type, date and time of website visit;
— cookies (if allowed by the user);
— other data voluntarily provided by the user through the website forms or when publishing a review.
The processing of personal data is carried out both with and without the use of automation tools.
The operator performs the following actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, storage, clarification (updating), use, depersonalization, blocking, provision, deletion.
Personal data is stored for no more than one year or until the user revokes consent. Upon expiration of the storage period or upon revoking consent, the data is deleted or anonymized.
The transfer of personal data to third parties is carried out only for the purposes specified in this Policy or in cases established by law.
The operator may transfer data to authorized organizations—hosting providers, analytics services (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica), tag management systems (Google Tag Manager)—only to the extent necessary for their functioning.
Authorized persons process data on behalf of the Operator and on the basis of an agreement containing obligations to ensure confidentiality and protection of personal data.
Due to the use of foreign analytics services, data may be transferred to foreign countries. Such transfer is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 99-Z of the Republic of Belarus, provided that the rights of personal data subjects are adequately protected.
The website uses a cookie consent banner. Analytics and advertising cookies are blocked until consent is granted.
The user can change or revoke their consent at any time using the “Choose Cookie Settings” button at the bottom of the website.
In addition, the user can disable the use of cookies in the browser settings.
The user has the right:
— receive information about your personal data and the purposes of its processing;
— request changes to your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate;
— revoke consent to the processing of your personal data;
— demand that the processing of their personal data be stopped and/or that it be deleted if there are no grounds for processing;
— appeal the actions or inactions of the Operator to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects;
– compensate for moral damage in case of violation of his rights.
Revocation of consent and other requests within the framework of the exercise of rights provided for in Articles 10–13 of Law No. 99-Z shall be submitted in writing or in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature.
A response will be sent to the user within 15 days of receiving the request.
The user can also change or revoke consent to the use of cookies through the “Cookie Settings” button on the website.
The operator is responsible for compliance with the requirements of legislation on the protection of personal data.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for the legality of the information posted (including in reviews).
The Operator reserves the right to change this Policy without prior notice to users. The new version takes effect upon publication on the website and applies to all relationships arising after its publication.
