Bucket elevators

Short description:

Bucket elevators are designed for vertical transportation of bulk small-sized, granular and powdery materials that are not chemically aggressive and have a bulk density of no more than 1.7 t/m3.

Basic characteristics:

  • View: CHAIN ELEVATOR
  • View: BELT ELEVATOR

Description

CHAIN ELEVATOR
The elevator’s traction element is a single-row bush chain, to which buckets are welded at equal distances.

BELT ELEVATOR
The elevator’s traction element is the belt. Buckets are secured to the elevator belt using large, flat-headed disc screws with a special design. These screws engage the belt’s longitudinal and transverse steel cables, ensuring high resistance to tearing.
