Public organizations
BRSM
Our “primary organization” is a union of active, ambitious, and goal-oriented employees. We know that working at the plant is not only about fulfilling production goals, but also an opportunity to make a name for yourself, find true friends, and enrich the corporate environment.
BRSM helps young professionals quickly adapt to the team, develop their talents, and promote useful initiatives.
BSZH
The Belarusian Union of Women participates in the social and public life of the team, supporting employees and organizing events.

Dormitory
The company provides a dormitory for employees—including those relocating from other areas—with a capacity of up to 200 residents.
The dormitory is located at: 57 Konstantin Zaslonov Street, Soligorsk.
Young professionals and single residents are provided with furnished and equipped rooms.
Canteen
A canteen serving hot meals for employees operates on the company premises.

10:20 – 14:00
18:00 – 19:00
Snack Bar
The snack bar offers beverages and light snacks to employees throughout the workday.
Snack bar operating hours:
8:00 – 16:30
Lunch break: 12:00 – 12:30
Gym
A gym is available on-site to support employee health and active leisure.
The gym is open to all interested employees during off-duty hours and scheduled work breaks.
