Manufacturing facilities

The “Universal” plant has its own production complex with an area of more than 20,000 m2 with a full cycle of equipment manufacturing – from metal processing and assembly to tests of finished products and casting.

The production facilities, together with our own engineering department of more than 40 designers, allow us to produce a wide range of mining equipment, enrichment and lifting equipment, as well as non-serial products according to customer drawings.

The full cycle on one site ensures quality control and timing at each stage – the marriage rate does not exceed 1%. Products comply with GOST requirements and the technical regulations of the Customs Union.

Mechanical Outboard Workshop 1

Includes the production where round and sheet rolling is cut using belt saws and thermal cutting machines; mechanical processing area, where any complexity and configuration of parts from small to large sizes are processed; The blacksmithing and thermal section, where the stamping, forging and heat treatment of parts takes place; a section for the manufacture of non-standard equipment, where the assembly and welding of metal structures used in mining industry are carried out; a section for cleaning and painting; Auxiliary production.

Procurement area – cutting round and sheet rolling with the aid of belt-driven blades and thermal cutting machines.
Machining section – processing of any complexity and configuration of parts from small to large sizes.

Section of gears – manufacturing of gear ties module 1-24.


Non-standard equipment manufacturing section – assembly and welding of metal structures used in mining industry.

Blacksmith – thermal section – stamping, forging and heat treatment of parts.
Assembly section of mining equipment and assembly section of production equipment – assembly of pass compactors, drilling machines, conveyors and other equipment.

Includes the assembly section of mining and quarrying equipment, on which pass compactors, drilling machines, conveyors and other equipment are assembled; a mechanical processing section; an assembly section.

Foundry

Manufacturing of cast parts and components through the subsidiary company “Universal-Lite”.
