The “Universal” plant operates on a full cycle – from the design and production of equipment to its repair and manufacture of non-manufactured products according to the customer’s drawings.

Production of equipment

The main direction of the enterprise is serial and single production of mining, lifting, transport and enrichment equipment. We produce trough-cleaning combines, drilling machines, conveyors, mine lift equipment, anchoring fixtures and equipment for enrichment factories.
 
Production is organized on a full cycle: from metalworking and assembly to testing of finished products. The company’s own manufacturing base and engineering service allow for quality control and timing at each stage, and the marriage rate does not exceed 1%.

Engineering

The company has its own design department, which employs more than 40 design engineers with an average experience of over 15 years in the industry. We design mining and technological equipment for specific production tasks and operating conditions of the facility.

Engineering development is conducted for both serial products and non-standard equipment. This allows the customer to offer optimal technical solutions and adapt the design to the requirements of a specific mine or enrichment plant.

Repair of equipment

The plant performs repairs of mining and enrichment equipment. Restoring a machine’s resource extends its lifespan and reduces the customer’s cost of purchasing new equipment.

Repair work is carried out in our own production base using original components and spare parts. If necessary, we manufacture parts removed from production according to the plant’s drawings

Drawing manufacturing

In addition to production, the company produces non-standard and non-standard equipment as well as spare parts according to customer drawings and technical specifications. This direction is in demand when a part or unit that has been removed from production or equipment is required for an unusual task.
 
Having its own design department and production base allows for the entire process – from drawing up the blueprints to manufacturing and controlling the finished product – within one enterprise.
